Hi there! My name is Taylor Tanner - and I started Mindful Mommy Coaching after the birth of my first daughter. I had been working in the fitness industry for 8 years, primarily focused in strength training, weight loss, and Spartan Race training. Once I became pregnant, I started researching pregnancy and postpartum fitness and learned that there were very few resources out there. My doctor told me to not lift anything over 25 lbs and that I should stick to walking and swimming... This is the generic recommendation given to all pregnant women and I realized what they were prescribing was not geared towards me and my unique body. Every woman, every pregnancy, and every postpartum journey is different. I was also extremely terrified of labor and the birthing process and was not getting the support that I needed. My experience and my struggles feeling alone, frustrated, and fearful were truly the spark that led to the birth of Mindful Mommy Coaching. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is an incredible, life-changing time in a woman's life and therefore, it is my mission to empower and educate women throughout their journey to motherhood so they can have the best experience possible.

For me, creating a human life (now 2 human lives!) is my greatest accomplishment but it is also very overwhelming. No woman should have to go through this incredible transition alone, afraid, or overwhelmed. And that’s why I pride myself on providing such a unique service of not only pre and post natal coaching, but life coaching during and after pregnancy to help you transition from pregnancy into motherhood seamlessly and healthily.
